Click Products in the top menu to explore categories including Beauty & Personal Care, Fashion & Apparel, Shoes & Footwear, Jewellery, Home & Living, DIY Art & Craft, Electronics & Gadgets, and Men.

Search for a Specific Product
Use the Search bar at the top of any page. Type in what you’re looking for — a product name, brand, or keyword — and press Search.

Browse a Specific Vendor’s Store
Each vendor on 677 Mall has their own store page. On any product listing, click the vendor’s store name to visit their full store and see all the products they sell.

Free Account
You need a 677 Mall account to place orders and track your purchases. Creating one is free and only takes a minute.
Sign Up as a Customer
Go to 677mall.com/my-account and click Register. You will see two options — “I am a Customer” and “I am a Vendor”. Select “I am a Customer” to create a shopping account. Enter your details and click Register.

Or Register During Checkout
You can also create your account at the checkout stage. We recommend creating an account so you can easily track your orders later.

to Your Cart
Once you’ve found what you want, adding it to your cart is simple.
Click “Add to Cart”
On the product listing or product page, click the Add to Cart button. The item will be added to your shopping cart. You can continue browsing and add more items before checking out.

Select Your Options First
Some products have multiple options such as size, colour, or style. For these, you’ll see a Select Options button. Click it, choose your preferred option, then add to cart.

Shop from Multiple Vendors at Once
You can add products from different vendors to the same cart and checkout in one go. Each vendor will fulfil their part of your order separately, so delivery times may vary per item.

677 Mall currently accepts Bank Transfer and M-SELEN mobile money payments. Visa card coming soon.

Pay directly from your bank account to 677 Mall’s account.
- Select Bank Transfer at checkout
- Complete your order — you’ll receive 677 Mall’s bank details on screen and via email
- Transfer the exact order amount using your order number as reference

- Your order will be confirmed once payment is verified
📱 M-SELEN Mobile Money
Pay quickly using your M-SELEN mobile money account.
- Select M-SELEN at checkout
- Send the exact amount to 7224670 using your M-SELEN app
- Use your order number as the payment reference

- Your order will be confirmed once payment is verified

Once your order is placed and payment confirmed, you can follow its progress every step of the way.
Payment Pending
Your order is placed and waiting for payment confirmation. You can still cancel at this stage.
Payment Confirmed — Order Being Prepared
Payment verified and vendor is preparing your order. You can still cancel at this stage. Once past processing, cancellation is no longer available.
Your Order is On Its Way
Your order has been dispatched. Cancellation is no longer available at this stage.
Order Received
Your order has been delivered. Contact us at support@677mall.com within 24 hours if there is any issue.
Order Cancelled
Your order was cancelled. Only available while On Hold or Processing. If paid, a full refund will be issued.
Shopping Experience
Never Pay a Vendor Directly
All payments must go through 677 Mall only. Never send money directly to a vendor outside the platform.
Save Your Receipt
Always take a screenshot or save your payment receipt. You’ll need it if there’s ever an issue with your order.
Check Delivery Timeframes
Local vendors set their own delivery times. International vendors must deliver within 14 days. Check before ordering.
Report Issues Within 24 Hours
If your order arrives damaged or not as described, contact us within 24 hours of receiving it to be eligible for a refund.
