Is it free to create an account on 677 Mall? +
Yes! Creating a customer account on 677 Mall is completely free. There are no membership fees, sign-up fees, or hidden charges. You only pay when you purchase a product.
How do I register as a customer? +
Go to 677mall.com/my-account and click Register. Fill in your name, phone number, and area, then click Register. You can also register during the checkout process.
Who can shop on 677 Mall? +
677 Mall is currently available to customers located in the Solomon Islands only.
I forgot my password. What do I do? +
Go to 677mall.com/my-account and click “Lost your password?” below the login form. Enter your email address and we will send you a link to reset your password.
Orders & Shopping
How do I place an order? +
Browse products at 677mall.com/shop or search for what you need. Click Add to Cart, then proceed to checkout. See our full How to Shop guide for step-by-step instructions.
How do I track my order? +
Log into your account and go to My Account â Orders to see all your orders, or visit our Track My Order page and enter your Order ID to jump straight to one order’s status. We’ll also email you as your order moves through key stages, like when it’s ready for pickup.
Can I cancel my order? +
You can cancel for free while your order is Order Received or Order Awaiting Payment Confirmation. Go to My Account â Orders and use the cancel option. Once your payment is confirmed, cancellation is no longer available. Contact us at support@677mall.com as soon as possible if you need help.
What do the order statuses mean? +
Order Received / Order Awaiting Payment Confirmation â Your order is placed and we’re checking your payment. You can cancel for free at these stages.
Payment Confirmed / Order Processing â Your payment is verified and we’re preparing your order â typically 3â4 weeks. Cancellation no longer available.
Order Packed / Ready for Pickup â Your order is packed and made ready. We’ll notify you once it’s waiting for you at our storefront.
Order Collected / Order Complete â You’ve picked up your order. Contact us within 24 hours if there’s any issue.
Payments
What payment methods does 677 Mall accept? +
We currently accept Bank Transfer and M-SELEN mobile money payments, made securely and directly to 677 Mall.
How do I pay via Bank Transfer? +
Select Bank Transfer at checkout. After placing your order, you will receive 677 Mall’s bank account details on screen and via email. Transfer the exact order amount and use your order number as the reference. Send your receipt to support@677mall.com or WhatsApp +677 7224670.
How do I pay via M-SELEN? +
Select M-SELEN at checkout. Send the exact amount to 7224670 using your M-SELEN app. Use your order number as the payment reference. Send your receipt to support@677mall.com or WhatsApp +677 7224670.
Is my payment information safe? +
Yes. All payments are made manually by you â you transfer directly via your own Bank Transfer or M-SELEN app to 677 Mall’s account, then upload a screenshot as proof. We never ask for or store your bank or M-SELEN login details. If you ever feel something is suspicious, contact us immediately at support@677mall.com.
Delivery & Shipping
How long does delivery take? +
Once your payment is confirmed, your order typically takes 3â4 weeks to be ready for pickup at the 677 Mall Storefront.
What delivery options are available? +
Free pickup at the 677 Mall Storefront â Chengs Building, Kukum, Honiara. There’s no shipping fee and no home delivery; every order is collected in person. Please collect within 1 week of being notified it’s ready â orders not collected within a week may incur a storage fee.
My order hasn’t been ready after 30 days. What do I do? +
If your order has been in Processing for 30 days or more without being ready, you’re eligible to request a refund. Contact us at support@677mall.com with your order number and we will resolve it for you.
Where is the 677 Mall Storefront? +

Refunds & Returns
When am I eligible for a refund? +
You’re eligible for a refund if your order has been in Processing for 30+ days without being fulfilled, or if an item arrived damaged or broken and you report it within 24 hours of collecting it. Refunds aren’t available for change of mind after payment is confirmed, or for damage reported after 24 hours. See our full Refunds & Cancellations page for details.
How do I request a refund? +
Go to My Account â Orders and use the refund request option on the item, or contact us at support@677mall.com or WhatsApp +677 7224670 with your order number and photos of the issue. Our team will review your case and email you the outcome.
How long does a refund take? +
Once your refund is approved, it will be processed within 3â5 business days via Bank Transfer or M-SELEN mobile money â sent back the same way you paid.
What if my item arrived damaged? +
Report it within 24 hours of collecting your item â either through My Account â Orders or by contacting us at support@677mall.com. Include clear photos or a short video of the damage along with your order number. We will review your case and arrange a refund if eligible.
