Delivery options depend on whether you’re buying from a local Solomon Islands vendor or an international vendor.
LOCAL VENDORS
Solomon Islands Based Sellers
- ✔Vendor Delivers to You — The vendor delivers your order directly to your address. A delivery fee of $50 SBD applies.
- ✔Pick Up from Vendor — You collect your order directly from the vendor’s location. This option is free of charge.
- ✔Pick Up from 677 Mall Storefront — The vendor drops your order off at the 677 Mall Storefront in Kukum, Honiara, and you collect it from there. A $50 SBD fee applies — $30 goes to the vendor and $20 to 677 Mall.
INTERNATIONAL VENDORS
Pacific Islands, Australia & New Zealand
- ✔International Shipping — The vendor ships your order internationally to your address in the Solomon Islands. Shipping fees are set by each vendor and shown at checkout.
- ✔Free Shipping — Some international vendors offer free shipping on orders that meet a minimum order quantity or with a valid coupon.
- ✔Pick Up from 677 Mall Storefront — Some international vendors may ship to the 677 Mall Storefront for you to collect. Fees are set by the vendor.

- ✔Free Pickup at 677 Mall Storefront Only — The 677 Mall Official Store operates exclusively on a free pickup basis. Orders are collected directly from the 677 Mall Storefront at Chengs Building, Kukum, Honiara. No delivery fee applies.

⚡ 14-Day Delivery Rule — International
All international vendors must deliver your order within 14 days of purchase. If your order hasn’t arrived within 14 days, you are eligible to request a cancellation and full refund.
📦 Delivery Timeframes Vary — Local
Local Solomon Islands vendors set their own delivery timeframes. Always check the vendor’s store page for their estimated delivery time before ordering.
🔍 Track Your Order
Log into My Account → Orders to see the current status of your order at any time. You will also receive email updates when your order status changes.
📸 International Orders — Tracking Number
For international orders, vendors are required to provide a tracking number when your order is shipped. Use this to track your parcel through the shipping carrier’s website.
⚠️ Report Issues Within 24 Hours
If your order arrives damaged or is not as described, contact 677 Mall within 24 hours of receiving it. Email support@677mall.com.
💰 Delivery Fees at Checkout
All applicable delivery fees are shown clearly at checkout before you complete your payment. There are no hidden fees added after you order.
