677 Mall offers refunds in specific situations. Please read carefully to understand what qualifies and what does not.
✅ Eligible for a Refund
- ✔Item was never delivered
- ✔Item arrived damaged or broken
- ✔Item received is completely different from what was ordered
- ✔Digital download link does not work or file is corrupted
- ✔Service was not delivered as described
- ✔International order not delivered within 14 days
✗ Not Eligible for a Refund
- ✗Change of mind after purchase
- ✗Item does not fit (unless size was mislabelled by the vendor)
- ✗Customer ordered the wrong item by mistake
- ✗Refund requested more than 24 hours after receiving the order
- ✗Item was used or opened before returning
- ✗Digital downloads that have already been accessed
Refund requests must be submitted within 24 hours of receiving your order. Contact us immediately at support@677mall.com with your order number and photos of the issue.
Cancel an Order?
Cancellations are only available during certain order stages. Once your order moves past processing, it cannot be cancelled.
✅ Cancellation Allowed
- Order status is On Hold — payment pending confirmation
- Order status is Processing — payment confirmed, vendor preparing order
✗ Cancellation NOT Available
- Order status is Shipped or Out for Delivery
- Order status is Delivered or Completed
- Order has already been fulfilled by the vendor
💡 To cancel your order, log into your account and go to My Account → Orders. If your order is still On Hold or Processing, the cancel option will be available. Need help? Contact us at support@677mall.com or WhatsApp +677 7224670 as soon as possible.

Follow these steps to submit a refund request. Act quickly — requests must be made within 24 hours of receiving your order.
Contact 677 Mall Immediately
Email us at support@677mall.com or WhatsApp +677 7224670 with your order number and a clear explanation of the issue. If the item is damaged, include photos or a short video as evidence.
We Review Your Request
Our team will review your case within 1–2 business days. We may contact the vendor involved to get their side of the story. You will be kept informed throughout the process.
We Notify You of the Outcome
Once a decision has been made, we will notify you via email. If your refund is approved, we will proceed with processing your payment. If not approved, we will explain why clearly.
Refund is Processed
Approved refunds are returned to you via Bank Transfer or M-SELEN within 3–5 business days of approval. Make sure your payment details are saved correctly in your account.
REFUND PAYMENT METHODS
Bank Transfer
Refunded directly to your Solomon Islands bank account within 3–5 business days of approval
M-SELEN Mobile Money
Refunded directly to your M-SELEN number within 3–5 business days of approval
International Orders
If you ordered from an international vendor and your order has not arrived within 14 days, you are entitled to a full refund.
All international vendors are strictly required to deliver orders within 14 days of purchase. If your international order has not arrived after 14 days, contact us at support@677mall.com with your order number and we will arrange a full refund.
📦 Tip: For international orders, check your tracking number in My Account → Orders to see where your parcel is. If there’s no movement for several days, contact us and we will follow up with the vendor on your behalf.
