Accounts & Registration

Is it free to create an account on 677 Mall? +
Yes! Creating a customer account on 677 Mall is completely free. There are no membership fees, sign-up fees, or hidden charges. You only pay when you purchase a product.

How do I register as a customer? +
Go to 677mall.com/my-account and click Register. You will see two options — “I am a Customer” and “I am a Vendor”. Select “I am a Customer”, fill in your details and click Register. You can also register during the checkout process.

Who can shop on 677 Mall? +
677 Mall is currently available to customers located in the Solomon Islands. We are working on expanding to other Pacific Island nations in the future. Stay tuned!

I forgot my password. What do I do? +
Go to 677mall.com/my-account and click “Lost your password?” below the login form. Enter your email address and we will send you a link to reset your password.

Orders & Shopping

How do I place an order? +
Browse products at 677mall.com/shop or search for what you need. Click Add to Cart, then proceed to checkout. See our full How to Shop guide for step-by-step instructions.

Can I buy from multiple vendors in one order? +
Yes! You can add products from different vendors to your cart and checkout in one go. Each vendor will fulfil their part of your order separately, so delivery times and methods may differ per item.

How do I track my order? +
Log into your account and go to My Account → Orders. Click on your order to see its current status. You will also receive email updates when your order status changes. For international orders, use the tracking number provided by the vendor.

Can I cancel my order? +
You can cancel your order while its status is On Hold or Processing. Go to My Account → Orders and use the cancel option if available. Once your order moves past processing, cancellation is no longer available. Contact us at support@677mall.com as soon as possible if you need help.

What do the order statuses mean? +
On Hold — Your order is placed and waiting for payment confirmation. You can cancel at this stage.

Processing — Payment confirmed. Vendor is preparing your order. You can still cancel at this stage.

Shipped / Out for Delivery — Your order is on its way. Cancellation no longer available.

Delivered / Completed — Your order has been delivered. Contact us within 24 hours if there is any issue.

Cancelled — Your order was cancelled. If paid, a full refund will be issued.

Payments

What payment methods does 677 Mall accept? +
We currently accept Bank Transfer and M-SELEN mobile money payments. Visa card payments are coming soon. All payments are made securely to 677 Mall — never directly to a vendor.

How do I pay via Bank Transfer? +
Select Bank Transfer at checkout. After placing your order, you will receive 677 Mall’s bank account details on screen and via email. Transfer the exact order amount and use your order number as the reference. Send your receipt to support@677mall.com or WhatsApp +677 7224670.

How do I pay via M-SELEN? +
Select M-SELEN at checkout. Send the exact amount to 7224670 using your M-SELEN app. Use your order number as the payment reference. Send your receipt to support@677mall.com or WhatsApp +677 7224670.

Can I pay a vendor directly? +
No. All payments must go through 677 Mall only. Never send money directly to a vendor outside the platform. 677 Mall is not responsible for any payments made directly to vendors outside of our checkout system.

Is my payment information safe? +
Yes. 677 Mall takes security seriously. We never store your bank details. All transactions go through secure, verified payment processes. If you ever feel something is suspicious, contact us immediately at support@677mall.com.

Delivery & Shipping

How long does delivery take? +
Local Solomon Islands vendors set their own delivery timeframes — check the vendor’s store page for details. International vendors must deliver within 14 days of your order — strictly enforced.

What delivery options are available? +
Local Vendors:
â€ĸ Vendor delivers to you — $50 SBD fee
â€ĸ You pick up directly from vendor — Free
â€ĸ Vendor drops off at 677 Mall Storefront, you collect — $50 SBD fee

International Vendors:
â€ĸ International shipping — vendor sets price
â€ĸ Free shipping — available from some vendors on qualifying orders

â€ĸ Free pickup at 677 Mall Storefront only — Chengs Building, Kukum, Honiara

My international order hasn’t arrived after 14 days. What do I do? +
If your international order has not arrived within 14 days of purchase, you are entitled to a full refund. Contact us at support@677mall.com with your order number and we will resolve it for you.

Where is the 677 Mall Storefront? +
Our storefront is located at Chengs Building, Kukum, Honiara, Solomon Islands. You can also reach us via WhatsApp at +677 7224670 or email store@677mall.com.

Refunds & Returns

When am I eligible for a refund? +
You are eligible for a refund if your item was never delivered, arrived damaged or broken, or is completely different from what you ordered. Refunds are not available for change of mind, wrong size ordered by the customer, or items already used or opened. See our full Refunds & Cancellations page for details.

How do I request a refund? +
Contact us within 24 hours of receiving your order at support@677mall.com or WhatsApp +677 7224670. Include your order number and photos of the issue. Our team will review your case within 1–2 business days.

How long does a refund take? +
Once your refund is approved, it will be processed within 3–5 business days via Bank Transfer or M-SELEN mobile money directly to your account.

What if my item arrived damaged? +
Contact us within 24 hours of receiving the item at support@677mall.com. Include clear photos or a short video of the damage along with your order number. We will review your case and arrange a refund if eligible.

The 677 Mall Official Store is our own verified store on the platform. Look for the Official Store badge. It is the most trusted store on 677 Mall and offers free pickup at our storefront in Kukum, Honiara. For enquiries contact store@677mall.com.

I want to sell on 677 Mall. How do I become a vendor? +
Signing up as a vendor is free! Go to 677mall.com/my-account, click Register and select “I am a Vendor”. Fill in your store details and submit your application. Our team will review and approve your account within 1–2 business days. Visit our Sell to the Solomon Islands page to learn more.
